The Mahina Club can be paid for using PayPal and credit card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Please note the following payment information based on your chosen duration:
Flexible duration: The first payment will be deducted within the next business days after completing the membership. Subsequent payments will be deducted on the 2nd of each month.
Fixed duration (3/6/12 months): The total amount is paid at checkout (installment payment available).
If you wish to change your payment method, you must first cancel your subscription. Afterward, you can re-subscribe with your new payment method.
Your Mahina Club will be sent to you approx. 3-7 business days (Mo-Fr) after the payment has been debited. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking.
The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively curated. Therefore, it is excluded from exchange and return rights.
This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions under §6 "Right of Withdrawal for Consumers." However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after your first Mahina Club order and return the shipment to us within 14 days.
If your Mahina Club item is defective, please contact our customer service.
With our Flex subscription, you have the option to pause your subscription.
* Please note that this is only possible for the following month. To suspend your subscription, you must make this adjustment before the 28th of the current month. You can easily do this in your customer account. This will suspend both the billing and delivery for the next month. The subscription will then resume as usual in the month after the pause. Pausing is not possible with fixed-term subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months).
It is important to note that when reactivating your subscription, the activation will not occur in the current month but will start on the 2nd of the following month.
*Please be aware that during the pause of your subscription, you will not receive any monthly benefits such as discounts, contests, or pre-sale access associated with the Mahina Club.
Log in to your customer account and select the “Manage subscription” option. This will take you directly to your subscription and you can view the current status. If you want to make changes to the color selection of your Flex subscription for the next month, you have the opportunity to do so before the 28th of the current month. Please note that changing the color selection is only possible if the Mahina Club in your desired color is still in stock.
It is not possible to change the color of your term subscription (3, 6 and 12 months).
- Cancellation of the subscription is only possible within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Alternatively, you can cancel or pause your subscription for the next month
- Cancellation of the Mahina Club Flex subscription for the following month is only possible until the 28th of the current month
- You can cancel or pause your subscription in your account.

- With a Mahina Club subscription with a fixed term, it is possible to cancel the subscription at any time during the term. Cancellation will then take effect at the end of the respective term.

De Mahina Club kan worden betaald met PayPal en creditcard. Vouchers kunnen niet worden ingewisseld.
Let op de volgende betalingsinformatie op basis van je gekozen duur:
- Flexibele duur: De eerste betaling wordt binnen de volgende werkdagen afgetrokken na het voltooien van het lidmaatschap. Daaropvolgende betalingen worden op de 2e van elke maand afgetrokken.
- Vaste duur (3/6/12 maanden): Het totale bedrag wordt betaald bij het afrekenen (betaling van afbetaling beschikbaar). Als je je betaalmethode wilt wijzigen, dien je eerst je abonnement te annuleren. Nadien kun je je opnieuw registreren met je nieuwe betaalmethode.
Je Mahina Club wordt ongeveer 3-7 werkdagen (Ma-Vr) naar je verstuurd, nadat de betaling is gedebiteerd. Zodra het pakket ons magazijn verlaat, ontvang je een verzendbevestiging met de tracking.
De Mahina Club is in gelimiteerde oplage en exclusief samengesteld. Daarom is het uitgesloten van omruil- en retourneerrechten.
Dit wordt ook vermeld in onze algemene voorwaarden onder §6 "Herroepingsrecht voor consumenten." Je kunt echter je herroepingsrecht uitoefenen na je eerste Mahina Club-bestelling en de verzending binnen 14 dagen aan ons retourneren.
Als je Mahina Club-item defect is, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice.
Met ons Flex-abonnement heb je de optie om je abonnement te pauzeren.
* Houd er rekening mee dat dit alleen mogelijk is voor de volgende maand. Om je abonnement op te schorten, dien je deze aanpassing te maken vóór de 28e van de huidige maand. Je kunt dit gemakkelijk doen in je account. Dit zal zowel de facturering als de levering voor de volgende maand opschorten. Het abonnement wordt vervolgens zoals gewoonlijk hervat in de maand na de pauze. Pauzeren is niet mogelijk met abonnementen op vaste termijn (3, 6 en 12 maanden).
Houd er rekening mee dat bij het opnieuw activeren van je abonnement, de activering niet zal plaatsvinden in de huidige maand, maar op de 2e van de volgende maand.
*Houd er rekening mee dat je tijdens de pauze van je abonnement geen maandelijkse voordelen ontvangt, zoals kortingen, wedstrijden of toegang voor de verkoop in verband met de Mahina Club.
Log in op je account en selecteer de optie "Abonnement beheren". Dit brengt je rechtstreeks naar je abonnement en je kunt de huidige status bekijken. Als je wijzigingen wilt aanbrengen in de kleurselectie van je Flex-abonnement voor de volgende maand, heb je de mogelijkheid om dit te doen vóór de 28e van de huidige maand. Houd er rekening mee dat het wijzigen van de kleurselectie alleen mogelijk is als de Mahina Club in de gewenste kleur nog steeds op voorraad is.
Het is niet mogelijk om de kleur van je termijnabonnement te wijzigen (3, 6 en 12 maanden).
- Annulering van het abonnement is alleen mogelijk binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je levering. Als alternatief kun je je abonnement voor de volgende maand annuleren of pauzeren
- Annulering van het Mahina Club Flex-abonnement voor de volgende maand is alleen mogelijk tot de 28e van de huidige maand
- Je kunt je abonnement in je account annuleren of pauzeren.
- Annulering zonder account is mogelijk via deze link: https://purelei.com/pages/abonnement-kundigen
- Met een Mahina Club-abonnement met een vaste termijn, is het mogelijk om het abonnement op elk gewenst moment tijdens de looptijd te annuleren. Annulering wordt dan van kracht aan het einde van de respectieve termijn.
