With our Flex subscription, you have the option to pause your subscription.
* Please note that this is only possible for the following month. To suspend your subscription, you must make this adjustment before the 28th of the current month. You can easily do this in your customer account. This will suspend both the billing and delivery for the next month. The subscription will then resume as usual in the month after the pause. Pausing is not possible with fixed-term subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months).
It is important to note that when reactivating your subscription, the activation will not occur in the current month but will start on the 2nd of the following month.
*Please be aware that during the pause of your subscription, you will not receive any monthly benefits such as discounts, contests, or pre-sale access associated with the Mahina Club.
