The Mahina Club is limited and exclusive. It is therefore excluded from the right of exchange and return.
This is also stated in our terms and conditions under §6 “Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer”.
However, you can of course make use of your right of withdrawal after your first Mahina Club order and return the shipment to us within 14 days.
If your Mahina Club is defective, we would ask you to contact our customer service.
