OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Your application
In the first step, you have the opportunity to simply apply online:
Once you have found a suitable position, you can apply via our online form in just a few seconds using the “Apply for this position” button and add your application documents. As soon as we have received your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt and we will get back to you as soon as possible with feedback.
The examination phase
In the next step, your documents will be carefully checked for completeness by our recruiting team and forwarded to the contact person in our specialist departments.
Getting to know each other
If we are impressed by your application documents, we will invite you to a 15-minute telephone interview with the department to get a first personal impression of both sides. If the journey continues after this, two further interviews will follow with contact persons from the department, which will take place either via video call or in person at our office in Mannheim, depending on the position.
Our decision for you
In the next steps, our so-called topgrading and focused interviews will take place. These are conducted together with the specialist departments and your potential new team and can either take place online via video call or in person at our office in Mannheim. If you were able to convince us after these interviews, we will conduct reference interviews in the final step. Once these have been successfully completed, nothing stands in the way of us making you an offer.
